Harper Rally Preparations has enjoyed much success since its inception in 1997. These have included:

• Hamed Al-Wahaibi - 1997 Group N Middle-East Rally Champion
• James Leckey - victory on 1998 Killarney International Rally of the Lakes
• Eugene Donnelly - victory on 2002 West International Rally (Galway).
• Niall Maguire - twice Irish National Champion in 2000 and 2002.
• Eugene Donnelly - victory on the 2003 Killarney International Rally of the Lakes.
• Eugene Donnelly - 2003 Irish National Champion and N.I. Rally Champion.
• Kevin Lynch - currently leading the 2004 N.I. Rally Championship and National Forestry series.
